Time
We understand that your life is busy and your time is valuable. To show you how important this is to us and to thank you for choosing us as your dentist, we aim to see you within 5-10 minutes of your appointment time. Of course the unexpected does happen from time to time but we deliberately allow additional time during every appointment we schedule in a bid to keep things running to time.
Individuality
We respect that all clients are different and all experiences are unique but we aim to ensure that every patient leaves us having had the best dental experience possible in a relaxed and calming environment.
Honesty
We are always honest with our clients. Information about treatment options and costs is always provided in advance. We believe that congruence and transparency will help you to make the best decisions to suit your needs.
Community and Contribution
As part of the community we want to build long term relationships with our clients, schools, businesses and surroundings. We live locally, shop locally and contribute to the local community. Healthy Smiles lends sponsorship and support to our local church, and schools and we regularly present talks to Pre-schools in the area.
Consideration
Our clients include mums with prams, elderly citizens, those in wheelchairs and everyone in between. To ensure everyone’s needs are catered to, we provide a safe, clean, accessible and friendly environment.
