Sports Mouthguard – Essential Protection
We highly recommend that children and adults use a custom-fitted mouthguard while playing contact sports as they provide invaluable protection against knocks and serious injury.
A custom-fitted mouthguard can be made for children as young as 6 and is a very quick and easy process.
Here’s how:
- Firstly an impression of your teeth is taken with alginate.
- The impression is sent to a lab.
- Your mouthguard is delivered back to us and checked for perfect fit.
Note that children under the age of 12 may need several mouthguards to accommodate their growing jaws and teeth. However, once a child reaches 12 -13 years old, they will generally have all their adult teeth and the one mouthguard, if looked after, should be fine for most of their teen years.

How do I look after my mouthguard?
- Rinse well after use.
- Keep out of direct sun which could be damaging.
- Store in a secure container. Mouthguards are easily lost, so always remember to return yours to its container and a safe place, when not in use.
Can I choose different colours for my mouthguard?
You can choose from a wide range of colours or even multiple colours if you wish, to match your favourite team.
